A valuable lesson I have learned at Mersaco is the power of teamwork and unity. Despite the significant challenges we faced, especially during the war, we remained united and supported one another.

By working as one team and sharing responsibilities, we were able to overcome difficult circumstances together. This experience taught me the profound importance of resilience, collaboration, and standing together during challenging times.

How has your time at Mersaco influenced your career aspirations?

My time at Mersaco has been fundamental to my professional growth. The challenges, collaborative environment and opportunities to contribute to meaningful initiatives have strengthened both my technical expertise and leadership skills.

The experience has also reinforced the value of continuous learning and encouraged me to keep developing my knowledge and capabilities to contribute more effectively to the organization’s success. I am grateful for the experiences and relationships that continue to shape my professional journey.

What do you hope to achieve in your career with the support of Mersaco?

As a Procurement Supervisor deeply committed to Mersaco’s mission, my goal over the coming years is to transition into a managerial role and elevate our procurement function into a strategic value-driver for the company.

With Mersaco’s support, I aim to raise the bar by leveraging the platform provided to innovate and lead. I intend to return that investment by building a procurement department that strengthens our bottom line and protects Mersaco's position as Lebanon’s premier healthcare distributor.
