    • LOGISTICS OPERATIONS & DISTRIBUTION

      At Mersaco, distribution is more than logistics, it is the backbone of our leadership in Lebanon’s healthcare sector. With our A-Frame Pick and Pack system we process up to 10,000 orders per day with speed and accuracy. Supported by a dedicated fleet of 45 vans, we guarantee nationwide coverage, delivering to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within 48 hours.

       

      Behind this robust infrastructure stands our dedicated team; professionals who work tirelessly to ensure that every process is meticulously planned and executed. From receiving shipments to managing temperature-sensitive products, every step is designed to uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and care. For us, every package matters because behind every package is a patient waiting.

       

      Cold-chain excellence is a cornerstone of our operations. With specialized containers, passive coolers, and continuous quality checks, we maintain the right temperature and conditions throughout the journey, guaranteeing that medicines arrive in perfect state.

       

       

       

       

       

    • FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

      Building the Foundation for Excellence

       

      The Facilities Management division at Mersaco is the backbone of our operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and fully functional environment across all our sites.

       

      Our teams work together to provide the reliable infrastructure that empowers all of Mersaco to perform at its best:

       

      Facilities Coordination acts as the central hub of our division, liaising with and supporting all other units. This team is also in charge of developing and maintaining all of the Facilities Management Division's standard operating procedures (SOPs), Delivers training and handles critical external transactions with Order of Pharmacists and Physicians, Ministries, and Banks.

       

      Engineering & Maintenance keeps all of our critical assets operating at peak performance. This includes our infrastructure “ Warehouses & Buildings “ , equipment as Generators , UPS’s , HVAC’s , and systems like Synchro Panels & ATS  , as well as our entire vehicle fleet Management . Through proactive care and meticulous maintenance, we ensure business continuity and guarantee excellent, on-time distribution across all of Lebanon.

       

      Security Control Management is dedicated to safeguarding our people, assets, and information with comprehensive protocols, state-of-the-art technology, and highly trained personnel. This unit is also in charge of Managing Security systems like firefighting equipment & alarms “Burglary, Fire, Flooding & Temperature Excursions “in addition to Vehicle, warehouse & Cold Rooms Qualifications.

       

      Administrative Services handles the daily essentials, from utilities and cleanliness to logistics and administrative support, ensuring that every department has the resources it needs to thrive.

       

    • FINANCE

       

      The Finance Department is a strategic partner in driving both growth and stability. Beyond numbers, the team plays a central role in guiding decision-making, ensuring that resources are managed efficiently and aligned with Mersaco’s long-term objectives. Through careful planning, budgeting, and forecasting, Finance provides the insights needed to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and support sustainable growth.

       

      The department also upholds the highest standards of accounting, compliance, and reporting, maintaining transparency and reinforcing the trust of stakeholders, and partners. Through swift ICSR processing, we provide timely and reliable reporting to our partners, supporting safe and effective healthcare practices.
